Delivery Charges

A delivery fee of R250 (door-to-door) applies to orders below R3,000. Delivery fees may be reviewed from time to time.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
