Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy – Ziya Perfumes
What if I’m not completely satisfied with my purchase?
At Ziya Perfumes, every product is carefully checked and verified before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged or faulty, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must include full details explaining the reason for dissatisfaction and must be sent back in the original packaging and box.
Once the returned item is received and the issue verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Returns of unwanted items are subject to approval and will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including all packaging and labels.
Please note: Ziya Perfumes does not arrange return collections unless an incorrect product was supplied.
Exchanges & Refunds
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, customers may return a product within 7 days, provided it is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.
Ziya Perfumes offers a 7-day full refund policy, excluding courier delivery fees.
Returned items must be sent back at the customer’s own expense and accompanied by a copy of the original order. Returns without supporting documentation will not be accepted.
Once received, all items are inspected to confirm eligibility for an exchange or refund.
If you choose not to exchange the item, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
If a perfume has been opened and passes quality inspection, a 20% handling fee will apply. Courier fees will also be deducted.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for all return and re-delivery courier costs.
Damaged Parcels on Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery from the courier.
If the parcel has already been accepted, notify Ziya Perfumes within 24 hours and provide clear photo evidence of the damage.
Order Changes
Orders may be amended provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If the order has already been shipped, it may still be returned; however, all courier costs will be for the customer’s account.
Unwanted items are accepted at our discretion and must be unopened and in original condition. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, less courier charges.
Special Request Orders
Cancellations on special import or custom request items (not listed on our website) are subject to a 50% handling fee.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, an additional delivery fee will apply for re-delivery.
